It ie easy to order flower arrangements from Athaya Florist. First of all you just need to chat our customer service and tell us what you need. If you already have one flower arrangement selection then inform us your selection along with the time and location of the delivery. Our staff will calculate the total amount, after that you can head on to payment. After you have made the payment we will start to arrange the flowers and send the photo to you when it's done. And last after you are okay with the arrangements then we deliver the flowers to the recipient. Report will be made after the flowers are received.

We always check our flower stock to make sure it is fresh in order to keep the highest standard of our service. We can guarantee that the flower arrangements that will be delivered will be fresh in1 hour after it was received. Basically the flower arrangements are still in good condition in 1-2 days, you just need to put it in a safe area. No direct sunlight and no hot temperature room.

At our main workshop especially in Jakarta and Bali we always stock a good amount of the fresh flowers whether it is local flower or imported flower, so most of the flower arrangement choices are available. On our other workshop we usually check the flower avalability first, so not every flower arrangement choice might be available.
