Of course, we guarantee the freshness of every flower arrangement we deliver.

Can I exchange the flower arrangement I purchased?

Flower arrangements that have been delivered to the location cannot be exchanged. This is because we always coordinate with our customers by sending photos of the flower arrangement before delivery to the location for customer approval. If the flower arrangement we deliver to the location does not match your order, you can exchange it.

Can I request a refund for my order?

If our service limitations prevent us from delivering your flower order (whether due to limited stock or manpower), you can request a refund.
